I heard about your call for tool suggestions on LPradicals (where my ideas are considered too dangerous to allow me posting privileges). In addition to the tools mentioned at http://defendsliberty.com/howto and referenced in the top menu of that site, I have a collection of resources at http://marketliberal.org/tools/ and http://libertarianmajority.net/platform-portal.
I think the most important tool that we lack is an easy/cheap/standardized way for our candidates to mass-email the voters in the district whose email addresses they can acquire. In my 2004 campaign I emailed 23K voters, 150 at a time. Details are at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/marketliberal/message/505. A high priority for me this campaign season is figuring out a better (and re-usable) way to do this.
