) I believe Fair Use only allows you to parody the work itself, not use it as a crutch to parody a larger issue. (
Nah, this wasn't even an issue in the Falwell / Campari case:
At least you're familiar with Fair Use. It's hilarious how many of the radical/anarchist opponents of Platform reform are tripping over themselves to invoke the anti-radical concept of intellectual property (and state laws about it) to snipe at my parodies.
