Can An Ethics Forbid Its Revelation?

http://lastfreevoice.wordpress.com/2008/11/21/not-much-of-a-libertarian

If the perfect political philosophy had irresistible logical force and
yet ruled out force initiation, then perhaps it would forbid its own
revelation to others, and instead only allow itself to spread through
re-derivation?

Or maybe telling it to us would be too dangerous, as in the short story
"The Riddle of the Universe and Its Solution". As an anti-Galambosian
