Without a causal theory of why one alleged cohort cycle swamps the effects of all the other cycles not aligned with it, the theory is prima facie post hoc numerology/astrology. At least 9/11 truth movementarians have a causal agency lurking inside their apparatus. I don’t get this at all. There must be something else to the theory that people aren’t bothering to report.
